What areas do you deliver to?Delivery is free within a 7-mile radius of Kilsby, Northamptonshire. If you require a delivery outside of this area please get in touch and we can discuss this with you further.

When do you deliver?Subscription flowers are delivered every Friday. Flowers ordered from Wednesday onwards will be delivered the following Friday. Hand-tied bouquets can be delivered on a day of your choosing. Non subscription orders need to be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance of delivery date.

Where will my flowers be left if no one is at home?When placing your order, if there is a potential that no one will be home when we deliver, please add a note in the shopping basket to provide a safe location for us to place the flowers. Ideally in a sheltered and shaded spot.

Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?We are a seasonal florist, so the arrangement varies according to the season. If you have any specific requests, please let us know in the special requests section on the product page when you place your order. For example, colour preferences, do you favour foliage over flowers? etc. We will do our best to fulfil any specific requests, subject to flower availability.
